All of the designs on our website can be customised in of the leather options that are available currently on our website.
Each bag is made with the top grain leather that is dyed using techniques that are eco-friendly and conscious.
Inner linings of all bags are made using the highest quality cotton fabric which is made to last forever.
YKK zippers and pullers are used in each bag. YKK is the highest quality zipper available in the international market.

In special cases like custom orders delivery could take more time.
Returns ( IF APPLICABLE )
Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase, after the completion of which we can no longer offer refund.
Returns are granted only on damaged goods and/or if your delivery extends beyond a 45-day timeline. We additionally do not accept returns on our gift cards.
Items purchased on discount are not eligible for return & exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be (1) unused, (2) in the same condition that you received it and (3) in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase as well as proof of damage / delay. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer prior to raising your request with our team.
Mistry does not have a cancellation policy as all orders are handcrafted & made to order.
In case of refund it takes upto 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Items can be replaced with a fresh piece from your original purchase or with available items of the same cart value. We do not offer exchanges on free items.
Exchanges on grounds other than defects/damage are chargeable at INR 799/-.
Refunds ( if applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will automatically be credited to your original mode of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not offer cancellations as all products are handcrafted & made to order.
If in case we are not able to full fill your order in 90 days. We shall initiate a full refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
We bear the cost of shipping for damaged/defective items. In case you would like to exchange your undamaged product for a different one, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
