Our delivery timeline is 4-21 working days for all products, most of the products are shipped within the timeline. In case an item is out of stock we require 20 working days to re-stock and deliver the products. All products are handcrafted in our own manufacturing facility in New Delhi, India.

Handwoven Bags: 30-45 Working Days for Delivery.

Exchange is chargeable at ₹249 to cover the delivery costs, packaging and remaking charges as all our products are made on order.

Items bought on sales greater than 50% off or special promotions like B1G1 are final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or return. 

Our return & exchange policy lasts 7 days from your delivery, after the completion of which we can no longer offer refund or exchange. We offer credit notes for all return requests. Refund is not available for our products as all products are made on order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be (1) unused, (2) in the same condition that you received it and (3) in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase as well as proof of damage / delay. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer prior to raising your request with our team.

Mistry does not have a cancellation policy as all orders are handcrafted & made to order.

In case of refund it takes upto 3 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Handwoven Bags are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)

All items and tags should be intact for exchange. The exchange item will reach you within 7-14 business days. The box should be included with the invoice. 
For footwear we offer upto 1 size exchange. 

All exchange requests are chargeable at ₹249. 

Exchanges are only processed via email, our team does not process any exchanges via DM or Whatsapp.

Refunds (if applicable)
After refund is approved from our team it will be reversed on your account within 21 days. Refunds will be sent on the origin of payment within 21 days. Refund is only provided in case a product is damaged or else we issue a credit note for all returns.

International Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Duties and Extra Charges are to be borne by customers.

Terms & Conditions
All items which are refunded will have a deduction of Rs 749 for shipping, packaging and return pickup charges. If you would like a credit note for your order, there will be no deductions for the same, the credit note can be used on our website within 90 days of it being issued.
