Delivery Timelines- 7-21 working days | Some products which are in-stock  are shipped within 24-48 hours.

Handwoven Bags are shipped in 30-45 working days, as each handwoven bag is handmade and made to order at our facility in Chennai.

All dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material shortages, production delays, courier disruptions, customs, weather, public holidays, and force majeure events.

If your order contains multiple items with different production timelines, we reserve the right to dispatch available items in partial shipments or consolidate the order into a single shipment at our sole discretion. Partial shipments may be used to minimise unnecessary delays and ensure available items reach you sooner whenever feasible.

To maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality, production capacity may be dynamically allocated across collections based on manufacturing requirements, material availability, and order volumes. Consequently, estimated dispatch timelines may be revised from time to time to support consistent production quality and operational efficiency.

MISTRY products are individually handcrafted using genuine leather and other natural materials. As a result, slight variations in grain, texture, colour, finish, dimensions, stitching, hardware, natural creases, pores, scars, markings, and overall appearance may occur between products and across production batches. These variations are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and the handmade manufacturing process, making each piece unique. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography, slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to natural material characteristics, lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, monitor calibration, and individual device displays. Such natural variations and minor production differences are not manufacturing defects and shall not constitute valid grounds for any exchange, return, refund, or other claim under our Exchange & Returns Policy.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of checkout. MISTRY will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All of the products are dispatched from our warehouse in Okhla, New Delhi. We use Delhivery, Bludart and DTDC as our courier partners for PAN India Delivery. Tracking links are shared via email for all products during dispatch.
